Join us the evening before Field Day for our Customer Appreciation Dinner. Registered attendees can indicate their plans on the registration form below.
Hotel Information
A room block is secured at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton, Oregon for June 14-17, 2027. Book early and use group code to access the group rate.
Online Reservation Instructions
- On the Oregon Garden Resort welcome page, choose your dates of stay and select BOOK NOW.
- On the room-selection page, choose SPECIAL CODE.
- Select GROUP ATTENDEE CODE and enter MVS27.
- On the group-information pop-up, select GO TO NEXT STEP.
- Choose your check-in and check-out dates on the calendar page.
- Select your preferred room type at the discounted group rate and choose SELECT THIS RATE.
- Select GO TO CHECKOUT and complete the requested guest information.
Additional Information
- If you experience difficulty with the online process, call Central Reservations at 800-966-6490 for assistance.
- Sales Agents are not authorized to book individual guest reservations.
- Hotel guests receive a complimentary hot American breakfast buffet.
- A credit card is required at the time of reservation but is not charged until check-in.

2027 Field Day Registration
